-Where to use (NC – Nitrocellulose):
Nitrocellulose is used in *paints, lacquers, wood coatings, automotive refinishing, printing inks (flexo & gravure), nail polish, and some adhesives. In high-energy form, it is also used in **propellants and fireworks* because of its fast-burning nature.
-Why we use it:
We use nitrocellulose because it *dries very fast, gives a **smooth and glossy finish, has **strong adhesion, forms a **durable and flexible film*, and works well in high-speed industrial processes. It provides excellent performance at a reasonable cost, which makes it a preferred resin in many industries.
