Designed for printing on film substrates that will later be laminated with adhesives.
(a) Medium-Performance Reverse Lamination Inks
Solvent-based ink systems suitable for flexible films for reverse printing followed by lamination.
Target substrates include treated PET, treated nylon, treated OPP, PVDC-coated films and cellophane.
Balanced printability with good bonding for solvent, solvent-free and water-based adhesives.
(b) Inks for Medium-Speed Inline/Offline Lamination
Formulated for moderate press speeds (~150–250 m/min).
Designed for printing on polyester, polypropylene and similar films.
Adjustable chemistry for varied engraving (electronically or chemically engraved cylinders).
(c) General Reverse Print & Lamination Inks
Used for flexible packaging (snacks, chips, etc.).
Suitable for wide range of speeds and lamination systems.
Can be used with solvent based, solvent-less, or water-based adhesives.
(d) Multipurpose Solvent-Based Reverse Inks
Toluene-based or mixed solvent systems with high print quality, low solvent retention and good adhesion.
Appropriate for food packaging pouches that may undergo pasteurization or retorting.
(e) Solvent-Free / Low-Volatile Inks
Formulations designed to avoid toluene and ketone solvents.
Supports high-speed press operation and environmentally-sensitive applications.
